Every product delivered to us is palletised within the categories described below. Each pallet’s manifest contains the description for each product, the last retail price for each product and the total retail price for the pallet. If required, the manifest can be downloaded as an Excel document.

Apparel
Mixed clothing and underwear ranging from kids to men’s & ladieswear. Also includes fashion accessories, e.g. costume jewellery, sunglasses, hats, gloves and scarves.
Baby Products
This product group may contain furniture items such as cots and mattresses as well as pushchairs, car seats & safety gates. Also included is nursing equipment such as bottle sterilizers & breast pumps as well as toys, monitors and sometimes clothing.
Digital Accessories
Contains digital accessories such as cases, leads, connectors and stands.
Automotive Parts and Equipment
As name suggests pallets include car parts e.g. brake pads, tyres, and suspension pistons. Also included are vehicle accessories / equipment e.g. air pumps, trolley jacks, roof racks and battery chargers etc.
Books
Includes diaries, calendars and sometimes jigsaw puzzles. We mix the returns with overstock books and sell by the pallet. Some high price items include Medical Journals & Reference Books, Encyclopaedia and even 2nd Hand collectables. On average a pallet will contain 750 items.
DVD
Pallets will mainly contain in the main DVDs (including box sets), but also Blu-Rays. Pallets may occasionally contain VHS Video.
Grocery
Mixed condition group including overstock and expiry items. All the produce is non-perishable and in most cases will have a ‘Best Before’ of 1 -2 months. Typical foods include chocolate, seeds and nuts, alcohol, baking ingredients, cake decorations and baking aids, herbs & spices.
Jewellery
Product group also includes display / jewellery boxes and accessories such as cleaning cloths etc. Packaged and sold in boxes measuring approx. 500 x 800 x 500mm
Lawn and Garden
Contains gardening tools from trowels to wheelbarrows & garden hoses, but not power tools. Also included is outdoor furniture and accessories e.g. picnic tables, patio heaters, solar lighting, planters, external Christmas decorations, trees and ornamental sculptures. Pallets may also include gazebos, flat-pack sheds and trampolines.
Home Improvement
Includes DIY products e.g. screws, nails & adhesives, as well as tools (manual & power), lawn-mowers, pressure washers and ladders. This category will also include items to be incorporated in the home, e.g. security systems, extractor fans, heating controls, electrical sockets and switches etc.
Kitchen
This product group contains kettles, toasters, coffee machines and food processors. Also included are heaters (fan, electric and oil filled radiators), vacuum cleaners, steam mops, irons, brushes etc.
Luggage
Mainly suitcases, but also includes briefcases, satchels, handbags, backpacks and other travel accessories such as luggage trolleys and umbrellas.
Major Appliances
Mainly includes microwave ovens, hobs and wine cooler refrigerators. Product group also includes replacement parts for white goods e.g. Refrigerator drawers, oven extractor fans filters, washing machine hoses etc.
Office Products
This product group is sold on a mixed condition basis. The category contains office furniture and stationery items as well as equipment such as paper shredders. Also included will be whiteboards / noticeboards and storage boxes.
Sport & Outdoor Living
Will include gym equipment, protective sportswear and clothing. Also includes sports equipment e.g. golf clubs, rackets, balls etc. Product group also includes cycling equipment, fitness monitors (watches) and camping equipment including air beds & tents.
Musical Instruments
Includes instruments and parts / accessories, e.g. music and microphone stands. Also includes equipment such as speakers, amplifiers and mixing stations. Product group also includes karaoke machines.
Software
Customer Return stock has not been checked / tested and therefore may contain previously opened items. The overstock grade will be pristine retail unopened box product. These products are made up by the box measuring approx. 500 x 800 x 500mm.
Vacuum Cleaners
This product group will contain overstock and customer returns of vacuum cleaners
Watches
Similar to jewellery, this product group is also sold in boxes measuring approx. 500 x 800 x 500mm.
